Pizza of the moment
It changes every week, depending on what Giulia finds at the market.
Zucca
- Red kuri squash cream, fior di latte, crispy sage, pancetta14 €
- Homemade

Three generations, one dough
Nonna Pina brought the recipe from Bari in 1961. Marco perfected it in Naples, Giulia makes it every morning: Italian flour, sourdough, 48 hours of rest.
In the evening, the truck sets up on a square in Lyon or Villeurbanne. The oven reaches 450 °C, the pizza bakes in 90 seconds, and you eat standing up, with family or neighbours.
Fresh from the oven

Nonna's tiramisu

They keep coming back
The best pizza in the Croix-Rousse, and it comes from a truck! Wednesday evening has become our family ritual.
They did our wedding: 180 guests, pizzas until midnight and Marco ended up on the dance floor.
Light dough, real Italian produce and fair prices. The tiramisu alone is worth the trip.

2027 weddings: dates are going fast
The truck travels to weddings, from 50 to 250 guests. Several Saturdays in June are already booked.

Nonna Pina turned 90
The whole family got together around the oven. And yes, she still makes the tiramisu.
